Provided are quick step instructions to begin working with a REF agent and receive your Buyer Philosophy online workbook.

  1. Register to begin your property search on REF’s Search Page.
  2. Review the Buyer Programs Chart and Explanations.  Select a Program
  3. Print and review the Buyer Agency Agreement, Addendum to The Buyer Agency Agreement and Mass Relationship Disclosure. Call 781-322-4744 or email info@ref4less.com with any questions.
  4. Email the executed documents to info@ref4less.com or fax to 781-322-4745 with the subject line reading “Now Buyer”. Please make note of any offers or matters to be addressed immediately.
  5. Make a copy for your files and mail original documents to:

    Attn: “Now Buyer”
    376 Washington Street, Ste 101
    Malden, MA 02148
  6. Within 24 hours, a REF agent will contact you to address any questions and you will also be granted access to your Buyer Philosophy workbook.
    • Please note that registering on the Search Page to browse properties is separate from signing the Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement and its Addendum.
    • Signing The Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement and its Addendum is required to be eligible for your Buyer Refund and to gain access to your Buyer Philosophy workbook
