Weston is one of the wealthiest suburbs in the Boston area and has the highest per capita income in Massachusetts.[1] Weston is among the 100 most affluent towns with 1,000 or more households in the United States.[2] Weston also has the number one public school system in Massachusetts, according to Boston Magazine (2005). It has one of the lowest crime rates among Metro-west Boston suburbs.
