If you are educated about the process and prefer to take on the tasks, we encourage it and have programs to assist. You have a right to these options as a consumer and that’s why we provide them. 2. Can I call a REF agent if I need assistance under Programs 1, 2 or 3?

REF will always be available to guide our clients. However, REF reserves the right to charge an additional fee should our counseling exceed reasonable levels. REF staff will always inform you if your request for counseling have exceeded those levels. In addition to contacting REF Realty, we also recommend you utilize our Seller Strategy workbook.


3. Why is the Seller Strategy workbook a helpful tool to utilize?

If you plan to take on the selling process as a FSBO it’s important to understand the process and what to expect. The Seller Strategy is a comprehensive list that acts as your guideline as you navigate your way to a successful sale of your property.


4. How do I access my Seller Strategy workbook?

The Seller Strategy workbook can be accessed upon signing your selected program's Listing Agreement and disclosures. Upon execution of these documents, you will have instant access to your workbook.


5. Do you receive other forms of payment in addition to your flat fee or commission?

The only other item we will receive payment for is any a-la-carte items that you prefer to add to your selected program. We ask for those fees to be paid in advance regardless of the program type selected. The only program that excludes a-la-carte items is the 5% program. This is due to the fact that a majority of the items are already included.


6. Why do you offer flat fee programs along with commission programs?
