Sellers Quick Sign-Up

Provided are quick step instructions to begin working with an REF agent and receive your Seller Strategy online workbook.

  1. Review the Seller Programs to determine which program you wish to select.
  2. Print, review and sign your selected program's Listing Agency Agreement and its Disclosures.
  3. Complete the appropriate Property Information Form in its entirety.  Please note that we cannot input your property in the MLS until all required fields are properly filled in.
  4. Email to info@ref4less.com or fax to 781-322-4745.with the subject line reading “Now Seller.” Please make note of any matters to be addressed immediately.
  5. Make a copy for your files and mail original documents to:

    Attn: “Now Seller”
    376 Washington Street, Ste 101
    Malden, MA 02148
  6. Within 24 hours, a REF agent will contact you to address any questions and you will also be granted access to your Seller Strategy workbook.

  1. Signing the selected program's Listing Agency Agreement and its disclosures is required to gain access to your Seller Strategy workbook.
  2. This quick step process is designed for your convenience. However, we encourage all Sellers to review our site, ask questions and feel comfortable before moving forward.
